The Only W/O Tape You'll NeedApr 09, 2003 I love the Body by Jake w/o series.....I have a few of his tapes and have been very pleased...Jake is very serious about helping you to get into shape and designs his w/o programs accordingly....His tapes are very concise....They are not too fast or too slow or too long, but they are very effective....I just recently started really getting into a workout regiment and focusing on getting my body in superior shape...Body By Jake: Total Body Workout is absolutely awesome...The moves and the program he designed, as with his (lower body w/o and awesome abadabas) other tapes, are very detailed and, again, very effective....He's motivating and each move is performed in perfect form and he always show you the proper technique to use so that you get the best w/o and not incur any injuries...I saw a difference after a few w/o's....I have recommended body by Jake tapes to all of my friends and family members who expressed an interest in toning and shaping their bodies....Right on to you Jake...You're the absolute best.

Great WorkoutAug 28, 2002 The video is easy to follow yet doesn't get boring, and gives you a thorough, full body workout. You can do one or two of the three 15-minutes sessions if you don't have a full 45 minutes (or the full energy!). The banter gets tiring after several repetions, but once you learn the moves you can mute the sound and play your own music. Definitely the best workout video I've tried.
