Best Oven I have ever usedJun 26, 2008 The NuWave Infrared Oven is undoubtedly one of my best purchases. I have used it daily for meat, fish and vegetables. They all come out just right, tasty, crisp outside and moist inside. I highly recommend it.

Not as advertisedApr 27, 2008 I have been disappointed with this oven. I have used it for three months on steak, lamb, chicken, vegetables, salmon, and a roast. It always takes way longer to cook than a regular oven or the direction book says even though I always set it on high. There is only one cooking method not several as the ad implies, and it doesn't brown as well as a regular oven. It does clean easily and might be okay for someone who has to have a portable oven, but it definitely takes much longer to cook than a my regular oven with poorer results. I regret buying it.

Slow and easily overcooksApr 12, 2008 I have had a completely different experience with this device than others here. I made a steak according to directions for rare..it was very well done. The times in the booklets vary from one section to another for the same item. The card has much longer cooking times than the booklets. It does NOT cook in half the time...the baked potato timing is 50 minutes, exactly like an oven.
This is a waste of money and space!

Versatile productApr 10, 2008 I really enjoy this product for cooking meat that turns out tender. So far I have been successful with steak and roasting a whole chicken. Preparing sausage for breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. There was no splatter in the kitchen or heavy, lingering smell throughout the house. Toasting raw nuts is quick and they are delicious without additional oil. I am eager to experiment with baking bread or rolls. An added bonus: it is easy to clean!
