Don't botherDec 15, 2007
Do not buy this tool unless you have a rainsuit. I know four people besides myself that bought this. We have each used it ONCE. If you look at the design you'll realize that water pours on your head. It honestly is made well but the design is terrible. If it was directed so you could stand away from the water it could work, I guess.
